From founding Crowley and Associates to establishing the Exclusive Elderly Resource Center and Exclusive Cleaning Services, my journey has been a tapestry of varied experiences. Over the years, I've worked with Fortune five companies, supported charities, and played leadership roles in numerous organizations.

Fifteen years ago, I took a leap of faith that led me away from the corporate world to establish Exclusive Cleaning Services. The catalyst? A reflective moment surrounded by the individuals I personally onboarded. This marked the beginning of a transformative journey driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and a vision for exceptional cleaning services.

Every business faces challenges, and mine was no exception. Early on, payroll challenges threatened to derail Exclusive Cleaning Services. However, through resourcefulness, taking on additional jobs, and even dipping into my 401(k), I weathered the storm. The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic brought unprecedented challenges, but proactive financial management and resource-seeking positioned the business for future growth.

The hardest part of being an entrepreneur? Sacrificing oneself for the team, especially during challenging moments like delayed customer payments. Discovering the legality of 30 net payment terms prompted a strategic shift in billing practices, emphasizing the importance of adapting to challenges.

My vision extends beyond business success. I aspire to open a teenage pregnancy home, supporting and empowering young women to pursue their dreams. As a single mom who has conquered domestic violence, I understand the struggles of parenthood and aim to provide tools and resources for success.
